My Choirs

I lead a number of community choirs in and around Greater Manchester. Anyone is welcome to come along and have a go and you don’t need any singing experience. There are no auditions and you don’t need to be able to read music, as everything is taught by ear. The main objective is always to enjoy singing together! Click on the following links to find more information.

Offerton Community Choir – Tuesday evenings, Offerton, Stockport

Golden Voices – Thursday mornings, Central Manchester (for anyone 50+)

Woodlarks – Thursday afternoons, Woodley, Stockport

Calder Valley Women’s Singing Group

NB: I am one of a number musical directors for this group, and I typically teach 3 sessions per term.

Wednesdays, 7:30-9:30pm (term times)

Hebden Bridge Town Hall

This super friendly group is not so much a choir as a group of women who enjoy singing together. It has no regular musical director but draws on several singing teachers and choir directors to lead the sessions on rotation. All women who want to enjoy singing in harmony are welcome to join the group. Click here for further information.
